Why We Built Beep
After spending over 20 years designing communication systems for schools and early childhood centres, Andrew Balfour saw the same problem everywhere: businesses were spending too much time on communication tasks that should be automated.
Teams across industries were spending countless hours manually sending reminders, following up with clients, and coordinating staff, all while trying to deliver exceptional service and maintain operations.
The existing solutions weren't cutting it. Businesses were cobbling together email marketing platforms, SMS services, and spreadsheets, but nothing worked seamlessly with their existing systems. Nothing gave them the visibility and control they needed.
So Andrew built Beep to democratise access to enterprise-grade communication. The same multi-channel messaging tools used by large corporations are now available to businesses of any size, without the enterprise price tag or complexity.
